Polyester 3D spacer air mesh fabric is a knitted sandwich mesh built from two face layers joined by monofilament yarns, forming a springy 3D air channel in between. At 252gsm and 150cm wide, it delivers breathability, cushioning and quick-dry comfort for shoe, bag and sportswear manufacturers.

MH supplies this spacer mesh in bulk to footwear, luggage and automotive-textile buyers, with mesh thickness adjustable from 3mm to 12mm. Color, density and yarn count can be matched to each production program, and heavier constructions are available where structural cushioning is required.

The fabric runs a 68D FDY face over a 68D FDY back with a 30D FDY spacer yarn, giving stable 2-way stretch and consistent loft.
