Yarn-dyed polyester plaid checked fabric is a lightweight woven fabric with the check pattern built from pre-dyed yarns rather than surface printing. It is supplied to school-uniform makers, garment manufacturers, and uniform-fabric wholesalers that need a stable, color-fast checked material for volume production.
MH supplies this fabric in bulk and coordinates custom check layouts and color combinations to match buyer artwork. Because the yarns are dyed before weaving, the pattern stays consistent across large runs, which keeps uniform batches uniform from order to order.
The fabric is woven from 100% polyester at a 100D*100D construction with 94*58 density and a light 68g/m² weight, cut to 44/45" width and packed 100m per roll. Check colors and combinations are dyed to order for bulk programs.
