MH tearaway embroidery backing is a wet-laid non-woven fabric blended from PVA, composite and PET fiber, made in 100cm width and a 25-120gsm weight range.
The wet-laid process gives the fabric a consistent, dense and firm texture that is far more durable than paper backing while still tearing away cleanly.
Its high density and good tension keep it stable under computer embroidery machine needles, and the backing transfers easily to another fabric when used as a base layer.
